This is a Leadership program for anyone that wants to be ‘free’ to live the life - including professional and personal dimensions - of their choosing. To this end the Becoming Extra(ordinary) focus is on what it takes to ‘create’ such a life. Our focus is on you stepping into leadership.

The program centers on developing Structural Integrity (Si). This we achieve by building a Life Profile. There are multiple parts, from the ‘emotional’, ‘talented’ and ‘physical’ you to the ‘relational’,‘social’, ‘creative’, the 'career' and, of course, ‘leadership’ you. To do this effectively we access inner conditions and outer expressions, or behaviors, with a combination of ASTRO*simulations ARToracle play and street muse coaching techniques all situated within the land of popular (arts) culture - from myth to biography from cool Television and film from psychology to Spirit, from literature to ART. Exploring our life and world through these provocative images allows previously unexamined positives and negatives to surface that can then be harnessed or eliminated and you transformed as a result. In short, to become extra(ordinary).

WEEKLY*story: Eros & Psyche

How is your relationship going with yourself?

I've been having a discussion with my coaching clients on 'the need', and indeed 'the how', to maintain a stable sense of self; so important, since it determines our confidence and the capacity to believe in ourselves. The myth of Eros and Psyche is useful here, I think. Self-image is its central theme. The gain, a deeper relationship with yourself.

Psyche was abandoned. (Have you ever been dumped? Me too?) On the surface it looks like Eros left her for dead, but really it was she who abandoned herself - the faith in her own process, the trust in her own decisions - long before Eros took off. This is not to excuse his behavior, but more to understand Psyches. It is her story of becoming after all. And become extra(ordinary) she does, fully finding herself, her talents and abilities as well as her strength, her ‘emotional’ strength to be precise.

To understand just how Psyche's emotional strength failed her, however, we have to go back to the trigger - the thing that caused him to leave. There we find two things. The first is her inability to handle other people. Illustrated in that early part of the myth when the jealous sister’s got into her ear told her that Eros might be a monster. They encouraged her to doubt him. Deep in her heart she knew that the union was real, but she didn't listen to herself. (Why?) Because her self-image was fragile. Her boundaries collapsed. Has someone's opinion ever made you doubt yourself? Me too! Has it lead to wrong decisions? Tell me about it?

Other people’s wisdom can act as a timely warning, to be sure, but equally as often it has an agenda, particularly if their self-image is also fragile. Folks can get so overwhelmed by what they perceive us to have that they attempt to steel it by mirroring back a distorted image of ourselves. The kind of double bind communication that says one (cool) thing but means another entirely. Quite often an implication that there is something wrong with us (wicked). They deliberately plant doubt. Just like Psyche’s sisters did. They were so jealous of her freedom, her glamorous image that they put all their creative effort into destroying it. Not a great inner circle for a girl whose relationship with herself is the worst one she has.

Now Psyche isn't just the girl’s, she's a symbol for the relational part in all of us. (I know that you know that, but I had to make it clear.) Her story of becoming is everyone's journey of relational maturity. And it doesn't end with the mean girls surrounding our heroine. After Eros goes, Psyche is left alone on a rock. She attempts suicide. Psyche cannot understand the Eros defection and indeed the failure of all men to protect her or she can but only in terms of her own failings. She makes it exclusively her fault. Self-loathing ensues. Her image is shattered. Her reputation is gone. Too many people are happy for her loss. Taking her own life fails. (Tough spot). What to do?

The way to herself begins with a return to gender distinctions. She is a woman, not a man and for the men reading this you're men not women. (Just in case anyone has forgotten that). We're different, right? This in mind the Goddess of Love sets a series of tasks created to strengthen the feminine psyche. Psyche agrees to take them on for she thinks way too much when she's idle and, I imagine, isn't quite ready for a consistent meditation practice... Trouble is, Aphrodite asks the impossible.

Psyche does her best. She acquires ‘method’ by sorting the seeds, deftly negotiates ‘power’ to obtain a few tufts of Golden Fleece and steps into ‘leadership’ when she overseas a goblet filled with water from the River Sticks. Her faith returns as a result of the magical animals, plants, a Tower, even Zeus's eagle, that lend a hand. Psyche deepens into her feminine psyche. Clearly she has something to offer. Yet - and here is the kicker - in the final task she dies. (What?)

The end goal of all these tasks is to be reunited with Eros, which, is to say, the integration of her masculine and feminine sides; thus having the emotional strength required of a successful relationship. All good so far. Then the strangest thing happens. Instead of picking up the jar of Persephone’s beauty cream and delivering it to Aphrodite in the upper world, she opens it and dies. She was specifically warned not to use the cream. Why would she do that? For me they’re two interpretations of this last leg and ‘choice’ is implicit.

Psyche dies because her self-image still isn't strong enough. That's the first. Yes, she has achieved all the tasks, but she hasn't combined that with the inner work. It’s one thing to deepen into her femininity, but this must be coupled with a willingness to love and appreciate herself. She has failed in the most important relationship of all. Who wants to be with someone who doesn't love themselves? Do you? This brings us to the second interpretation, and it doubles as the winning choice that is before each and every one of us.

Psyche dies, yes, but she dies to herself. to her own image of perfection. She has flaws and that's okay. She opened the jar because she doesn't fear transformation. She makes her own decisions, not Aphrodite and certainly not the man (or woman) we seek to bring into our lives. Psyche no longer needs a conventional relationship to live a rewarding life and neither do we. She has, after all, become super creatively skilled while maturing emotionally. Instead of marrying Eros and becoming a wife she marries her self and becomes a creative individual, one I imagine that will attract a fair share of hot handsome men (and/or attractive women). Of course, this doesn't rule out marriage - who would want to deny themselves such an amazing experience - but that will be Psyches considered choice.

Well now Pisces, this is your month. The New Moon is lighting up your house of new beginnings making this a time to move a step closer to becoming what it is you've been working at becoming all these years; the moment to come out of the closet and say, 'I am'. Though we must always be careful when walking a different path. It's considered by conventional society to be a deviation from norm(al) behavior. This is how artists and mystics get their 'mad' label. They're not; they're just innovators and the bulk of the population are not equipped to fully embrace 'the new', but with that in a gentle mind we can sidestep any problematic reactions. I say all this for your ruling planet Neptune is lining up with the New Moon - something special.

Get it Done
First Quarter: March 1st- March 8th

Articulate the message. Seriously you might be spending some of this week exploring the ways that you might express this new you - in speech, in written words, in promotion...also engaging contemporaries on key creative work(s) in progress. What's possible? Well...a lot given that Jupiter and Venus are lining up in a super harmonious configuration with the powerful Pluto and the retrograde - super focused - Mars, quite possibly bringing in the new groups that dig what you're about. It's exact on the 14th. Seems you can't put a foot wrong. Fantastic communications. Dynamic spaces opening. Increased funds, certainly possible. Passive, yet active awareness will be essential this week.

Now, Mercury moves into Aries and then Uranus this week as well. Hold on to your hat, Pisces for those increased funds or potential future financial gains are likely to look a whole lot healthier. Hey you might even hear from a VIP, who if he or she likes what you're doing, has the power to change your career future. Whatever, pay close attention.

Full Moon: March 8th – March 15th

Engaging the power relationship. The Full Moon is falling over in your natal chart area of social-political connections, which include the marriage union by the way. This is always a great week to see where you stand so try to understand it as a test of the water. You will know by the end of it who is with you and who is not. Always a good thing. There is strength in sexual and potential love attractions, is their not? So it's also a terrific opportunity to check a certain someone out. Divine strategy is needed here, nobody wants an emotional wet blanket as a partner. Stay in the heart love and out of the emotional insecurities; we want to be moved not drowned.

Now Mercury, although lining up with the mover and shaker Uranus, in Aries, begins this years first retrograde transit - on the 12th. Those of you who follow the street muse Astro*Simulation know the drill - be careful those of you engaged in any negotiations, be it contractual or a simple verbal agreement, to be sure that you're all on the same page. Apart from that this will mark a focus on your financial situation. Not constraint so much as how to maximize opportunity, though with retrograde planets a surprise bill or two is not out of the question. It's always something, right?

Last Quarter: March 15 – March 22

New market, for you, your art and/or your product. It's been quite a month for reinvention. You have launched yourself and established a financial base and even included a little innovation (no easy feat in 21st Century business) so this is not time to limit your vision. What is it by the way? Do a vision statement, explore the possibilities... Maybe a foreign market is your next step, certainly a small trip (actual or virtual) could do no harm. Embrace the mystery of life, Pisces. It's your clans astrological right, particularly with Neptune having just moved into your sign.

New Moon: March 22nd- March 30th

Financial stability. Either you have it or are exploring ways to create it. Whatever, this is your best focus over the next two weeks. Its lining up with Uranus and Mercury, and even though the later is retrograde it's still a super opportunity to open a new market, get a fabo new position or launch an astonishing new innovation. We like it Pisces, we like it all. It still may be some time before it takes off, but this New Moon will check out its practical and fiscal viability. Expect a few surprises.

Aquarius (March Project)

New Moon: February 21st – March 1st

What a beautiful New Moon Aquarius. It falls at 2 degrees of Pisces and conjuncts Neptune activating your financial future. You might even make a little money from ART, though you will need to be adaptable. Thing about the Greek Neptune is that he’s an angry God, pissed at being passed over (his brothers got the prestigious posts) and we’re not just talking the narcissism of being unable to accept life's limitations here, quite often our contemporary Neptune asks of us the kind of sacrifice that acts like a dead weight tied to our ankle sinking our social needs to the bottom of the ocean. Still badly treated, or not, consider this possibility before you misjudge someones intentions and loose a great opportunity to end a difficult time.

Saturn and Neptune should be considered in the same breath. The former went retrograde only last week when at the same time Mercury and Neptune joined in the sky. Things may not be what they seem – deception and/or possibly reading too much into things... Whatever things must be let go. New social beginnings are possible, just not in the old way. The Aquarian person is not known for their adaptability, but this is precisely what you need to make this the best possible month.

Get it Done
First Quarter: March 1st- March 7th

Make a creative mark why don’t you. Mercury conjuncts Uranus, this week, propelling your ideas out into the world in a whole new way; the unseen Neptune is out of the water and being seen and/or experiencing a glimmer of recognition at least (remember that Neptune has been in Aquarius for 14 years bringing some persecution and general bad luck to you and your fellow clan members). Saturn is retrograde until late June so it may not deliver you quite yet to your new location, but it’s certainly a key moment in your creative process. Embrace this loveliness.

Peak Experience
Full Moon: March 8th – March 14th

Venus having just moved into Taurus will join Jupiter and get very friendly with Pluto this Full Moon week. Abundance! And like I said at the beginning it could even bring a little money from this Neptune inspired ART that you do, particularly as it's in the early degrees of Pisces. At the very least this will be a social week- particularly the 13th & 14th. Go out or better still entertain at home. Your sense of self worth might rise a well deserved notch or two. You know that sense we get when we're doing the right thing. Very cool!

Mercury will go retrograde on the 12th in the communications area of your life and world so tread a little carefully with any negotiations, people can imagine that we said one thing we when we in fact said something entirely different. It's easily done, right? It won't be back to normal until April 22nd so make sure everything that what needs to be done is done before its about turn. This, however, is a terrific time to complete any outstanding paperwork and given that it's aligning with Uranus, a conjunction that will be concentrated during the retrograde period it should be excellent work. Ideas people and writers should take special notice. There might even be a little peer recognition. Accept this gratefully; the creative individual, in all of us, needs a little encouragement to balance out the rejections. Bask baby bask!

Last Quarter: March 15 – March 21st

New frontiers. Might be time for a trip. Get on a plane or at least make some plans to travel. Particularly with Uranus and Mercury in Aries. I know that the latter is retrograde. But a short away mission might recharge the batteries. There's still a lot of paperwork - writing or business plans - going on. Maybe you could do it in transit. Whatever you do have some fun it will prepare you for the high energy New Moon in Aries next week.

Mind magic. The New Moon is at 2 degrees of Aries. It conjuncts Uranus and the retrograde Mercury in the area of communications and peers and short trips. A terrific month for articulating the message. Do you teach and/or study? They do so often go together. Whatever, its a good time to enhance your skills and tighten your performance. Certainly stay tuned to meet some very interesting new people. The indication here is more than just 'fun' however, for you will get them and they will get you. Hallelujah!

Capricorn (March Project)

You gotta have friends. Actual fleshy one not just the virtual connections, if you understand my meaning. The New Moon which falls in the area of peers and cool communications and fresh spaces to explore and develop... It aligns with the brilliant Neptune bringing the biggest of hearts to your March party. Just be aware of Mercury going retrograde on the 12th. You will need to complete all your NEW actions by that time. It's difficult to initiate once it starts going backward and it will be that way until early April and not really back normal until the end. Dig in!

Get it Done
First Quarter: March 1st- March 7th

Practice, practice practice. New or refreshed methods are the theme this week. The First Quarter Moon is asking you Capricorn to change your way of doing things. New opportunities will stand more of a chance of succeeding. To this innovative end Mercury shifts into Aries and moves to a conjunction with Uranus on the 5th. This brings in the home base suggesting that the innovation has something to do with were you live. Is it right for you? It may, it may not be, but this is a time to contemplate your options. Perhaps you just need to rearrange it. Certainly being aware of the state of play will assist in your decisions. Venus enters Taurus on the same day. This will give you more information...

Once in Taurus Venus will move to a conjunction with Jupiter in the area of creativity. Does your community like what you do? Do they like what your about? Do you have a career home? What is lovely about this transit is that you will get a sign that says we value this here. It might be where you are? It might be somewhere else? Dynamic realizations are more for the Full Moon, but they're foundations are likely to be laid this week.

Full Moon: March 8th – March 15th

Public Profile. So the Astro*Simulator suspects that those dynamic realizations are going to be felt most strongly in your career. You Capricorns are all about your contribution to the world so there is some kind of a wake up call coming. Bear in mind that Mars - planet of drive - is retrograde and the Full Moon is going to fall close enough to ask you to get more directed; Mars is not just a slow down its a refocus of your drive into areas that are more viable for. Can you dig it? Good, because if you get real on what it is your good at and where might be the best place to do it then your world is going to get a whole lot bigger. And it will be just in time for Mercury to start going backwards on the 12th allowing you to ground this much more likely direction. The this amazing triangle is going to appear in the sky. Let me tell you about it.

The Venus and Jupiter 'get together' in the house of romantic events - love to be sure, but also cool events and creative project developments - makes a triangle with Pluto in the "I'm juts fabulous area of your being" and retrograde Mars, which as we know is refocusing your house of vocation and, I might add, cultural acknowledgement. Fingers crossed for an important step in a dream coming true. The triangle is an earth one so manifestation is more than a possibility. Remember, however, that this is a simulation. It sounds like, more that it actually is. You get that, right? But the practice is good and is sure to pay off if you get rid of what doesn't work and focus on what does. My 'spidey sense' is activated.

Last Quarter: March 15th – March 22

Take it easy. It's been a big month and a little down time is as important to a creative life practice as anything else. The Last Quarter is traditionally a phase of quiet time, but its doubly so as it's activating that contemplative sector of your universe. Mercury is still retrograde, of course, and will travel back to meet Uranus fine tuning the breakthroughs of the March Project. Some surprises - a little good and little not so god. I'd go with it and simply do what must be done. Peace will be your reward.

Change of address. I'm not saying that you will actually move location, but you're likely to have a change of mind around where you lay your hat. The New Moon is in Aries and is activating your sense of security. You want more, to be sure, but is 'standing still' or 'moving on' the best way to achieve it? Consider your options. It lines up with the transpersonal Uranus meaning that bigger things, events outside of your control might be playing a part. Put your seat belt on, April could be quite a ride.

Home base. We gotta have one, right? I mean you can couch surf for awhile perhaps, but eventually you need to inhabit a space and make it your own. And what's more, abundance begins at home. Well...this months New Moon is in Pisces and with Neptune, the big planet of love, lining up it's set to locate the sense of belonging in your life. What is your center? What makes you get up in the morning? And where is the best place to do this? These are your March questions; exploration could lead to some very cool moves.

Get it Done
First Quarter: March 1st- March 7th

Creative buzz. Mercury moves into Aries - and out of Pisces where its been drowning the last month - and moves to a meet Uranus on the 5th over in the area of 'that which turns you on'. Everything from love, to creativity, to party time; it just so about fun. So, are you having any? But hang on there's more...

Venus moves into Taurus, also on the 5th, and lines up with Jupiter so this fun might have something to do with good work. Jupiter and Venus only meet in this area of your chart once every 12 years so this is the time to find clients who value you and what you have to offer. Venus in Taurus says so much about self love. The relationship with yourself then is of maximum importance this week and for the entire March Project. This is where the Astro*Simulator is useful for it allows us to practice the planetary, and therefore life, energies (what Jung called archetypes) so that we handle actual stuff that much better. So practice, practice, practice appreciating yourself Sag.

Peak Experience
Full Moon: March 8th – March 15th

Take it to the world. Maybe your home isn't here. You know, where you live? Maybe it's where people get what you're about. The Full Moon marks a 'crisis of consciousness'. This is a big wake up call that if you heed might lead you to a community of folks on a similar wave-length. Now, you'll have to listen on a deeper frequency. Sometimes we think we know what the thing is where intuiting, but we don't. Meditate, contemplate, hone in on the essentials of your situation. Take your time. A decision isn't made until its embodied, until, we just know. Besides there is a lot more going on this week than a Full Moon.

Big love. Venus and Jupiter meet in Taurus in the area of your day (to day) as we mentioned above. And it doesn't end there for it spends the next week forming a grand triangle with Pluto in Capricorn, activating your financial sector, and Mars in Virgo opening up bigger worlds. This is auspicious. Big heavenly love in the earthly elements offering tangible results. Whatever you do, pay attention.

Last Quarter: March 15th – March 22

Reinvention works. Every now and then we have to have a makeover and it seems given the Last Quarter phase Moon placement this is the reward for your March effort. Retrograde Mercury returns to meet Uranus, on the 18th, fine-tuning your image. What are you projecting? How do you want to be perceived by the world? Apply the answers and your reinvention will be complete, at least for now...

And go a little easy on yourself will you. Self-images are deceptive things and too much shadow work (the what's wrong with me) can do more harm than good. They say that narcissism isn't just the over inflation of self it's also the under valuing of self. Self loathing then is as egocentric as grandiosity. Thing is that we think we know absolutely who we are, but we don't, well, not nearly well enough to judge. So what am I saying, lean into the positive.

New Moon: March 21-March 30th

Glam moments: Continuing the creative theme of the March project, the New Moon in Aries is set to bring breakthroughs in your expression and how its going across out there...It conjuncts to Uranus giving a electrifying kick and Mercury, which is still retrograde, offering an unusual twist to the week ahead. Hold on to that hat of yours.

Avoid perfectionism if you can. It's always a thing with the sky God. He kept shoving the three eyed cyclops and monsters back in Gaia's womb until she got so pissed that she organized her eldest son, Chronus, to castrate him. Sure Aphrodite - and all things beautiful - rose on the half shell, but does it have to be this hard. Think about i!

Scorpio (March Project)

New Moon: February 21st – March 1st

Love Scorpio style is very different from any other love in the Zodiac. It's huge, but unfortunately misunderstood; not this month, however. The Pisces new Moon is in the romance sector of your life and world and it's lining up with Neptune and Chiron giving some old relationship wounds the air to finally heal. It has something to do with your confrontational style. You can come on super strong and this upsets people. It's made all the worse by the fact that you're often right. This New Moon is in Leo's home house giving you the finesse to deliver an easier going message. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Get it Done
First Quarter: March 1st- March 7th

Work & financial security. This is the weeks agenda. The 5th sees Mercury - just in Aries - meeting the big transpersonal Uranus in the sky above. Electrifying in the area of work and health and play. You may select one of these to focus on this week and my hunch is if you do you will see results by the 8th New Moon.

We'll get on to that in a minute, but first let me also mention that Venus - Goddess of love and many beautiful things - also enters Taurus on the 5th. This is an earth sign and rules self as well as financial worth. What is your worth by the way? This is a time to get a much better sense of it.

Peak Experience
Full Moon: March 8th – March 14th

So on to this Full Moon. It falls in the Scorpio arena of some very cool people. They like your straight up style. Isn't that great? The Full Moon always packs a wallop, it wakes us up making us more conscious. If we then couple this with Venus in Taurus and Mercury hanging out with Uranus we have the potential to access a new group or industry or market place... I'll leave the container up to you.

Bear in mind that this is a simulation. Its 'sounds like' rather than is therefore the way to use it is to try it on and see what fits. You edit out the weird. Uranus is the sky God and rules the cool people this Full Moon is accessing so there is a chance of a little divine intervention. Only if your ducks are in a reasonable row, however... Apply yourself fully my serious old friend for you're also racing against the clock with Mercury beginning its first retrograde action for the year on the 12th. Once that happens it will be difficult to successfully initiate again until mid to end April. But there's more, listen up.

Love is in the air. That Venus, just into Taurus, is going to travel to meet Jupiter in the location of relationship and your sense of presentation on the 14th and, at the same time, form a grand triangle (very cool) with Pluto activating communication and a focused Mars, activating brilliant new groups. Mars in Virgo as we know was just lit up by the Full Moon and it's focus is due to its presently retrograde motion. Bolts of realization aside, this is an astonishingly brilliant planetary configuration and it will be doubly felt because it occupies the three earth signs - Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn. That should mean tangible 'results' so like I said hold the focus.

Money in the bank. It's quite possible to see a big financial difference by the end of the month. The Last Quarter is traditionally the slow down phase, a perfect time to receive lots of financial reward for the months effort(s). Mars retrograde is situated in the reinvention area of the chart and with the New Moon being equally helpful over in 'the how others see you' sector of your universe, it's definitely time. It’s joined by Neptune, which having just moved into Pisces, brings a touch of much needed glamor to the table. Yes, it’s the big spiritual planet, but the spiritual is glamorous and the glamorous can be spiritual. Think Marilyn Munroe and Princess Dianna on the one hand and Gandhi and Nelson Mandela on the other... I suspect there is a logic to the challenging aspects of your situation, but still it doesn't translate so you must transform. You can do it. It's sounds soppy to say what I'm about to say, but the street muse community believes in you. We really do.

Buying & selling is fun. How about it Virgo? You got something to sell? Well with the New Moon sitting up close and personal with Neptune these things and more are possible.

First Quarter: March 1st- March 8th

Public policy. Mercury is moving into Aries on the 2nd and 3rd of the month giving you a (re)freshed point of view. Good! It's then going to move to a conjunction with the sky God Uranus on the 4th and 5th bring bringing an electrifying energy to your career and public persona. In other words this a terrific time to make a change that has no doubt been on the cards for some time. The action here is to embrace.

Social moves. Venus moves into Taurus along with Jupiter so it's a week with the attending of many events where you're likely to feel quite supported. I'm not sure if it's them or if you're just seeing the world through softer eyes. Financial breakthrough. You don't believe me, do you? But it's entirely possible with this New Moon as it falls in the house of joint money, creative projects and property matters. Who knows, you could acquire a terrific client or sell a painting or an article or get that funding that you've been looking for. Slow down phase. Okay so Mercury goes retrograde and things begin to change. Really, that's all that is happening. It's just that we humans tend to read it as 'not getting what we want'. (Self involved! Who me?) The trick is to go with. The dates are the 12th to April 3rd, and as we know, it takes awhile to get back to normal, so holding your breath is out of the question. What are you doing? Get out there! Seriously Taurus this is the month to venture into a winning new territory. The New Moon is not only conjunct Neptune, in the area of innovative enterprise, but it's also the place where the cool people live. There is a tendency to focus on the angry God of the sea, but Orpheus is Neptune's other, mostly forgotten, ruler. In other words instead of looking to a dead past why not activate your poet present. Instead of craving a particular social position lead with your gift, your talent, your joie de vivre. You, my Aphrodite ruled chum can charm even the most ardent detractor.

First Quarter: March 1st- March 7th

Quiet focus. This is the week to hone in your core values and set goals for their actualization. I mention this for Mercury moves into Aries and conjunct Uranus, which at its most fundamental means surprise developments. Are you a writer or a creator or a business innovator? Whatever my sense is that you’ve been working on something that you may not even be aware of – as if it’s happening out of full consciousness. Think about it? Anyway this is a week where you might see that you’ve already done the work and all you have to do is tidy it up and go to launch. I hope that makes sense. That’s the thing about twelfth house occupation, it’s so mysterious.

The coming out party must have something to do with Venus entering your sign on the 5th and busting into your arena of fresh starts and a whole new you, if you want it that is... We have to be careful with Venus, as it can be so busy focusing on what's going wrong that it cannot see what's going right. Now this is particularly so in Taurus for it rules this spectacular yet stubborn sign. You are without doubt one of the most successful clans in the Zodiac and what’s more you have exceptional taste so everything you do is quality and has an air of artistic and/or popular culture statement. So what am I saying here? Make the most of this week. Creative Gold. The Full Moon falls in you creative sector and it’s powerful given that Venus lines up spectacularly with Jupiter and Pluto on the 14th. And when I say spectacular we’re talking grand trine; that’s three planets hanging out in 120-degree symmetry. Truly elegant. Mars is retrograde in the same sign and house as the Full Moon so the energy is super focused. I’m thinking those breakthroughs of last week might find expression in this week. It’s also a romantic and party area of the chart so chances are there will be some attention paid to you and your person. By and large you should be feeling genuinely good about yourself. Enjoy it for Mercury will become stationary in preparation for its first retrograde transit of the year and a crimp or two is likely. Such a pesky planet! Unreliability its trademark.

Mercury begins its backward run on the 12th. But with all this other cool stuff happening in the sky, I think that it’s high time we all made friends with Hermes in retreat. To be sure its not a month for signing documents or enjoying much security, as many things taken for granted will turn out to have been more conditional than you thought, but the clarity works. Mercury retrograde keeps it real. And by the way: anyone who lets a loyal Taurus down will soon find them selves on the other end of that judgment. Shadows are not just psychological, however – they interfere with families, ruin economies and start wars so they’re social as well. Think about it! The pact with the devil then is a pact with a particular culture - their beliefs and values - to do the best you can within the limited conditions while keeping a vigilant eye out for the like-minded.

Mercury travels back this week to meet Uranus yet again. Abrupt energy and about turns. (Does it ever end?) Looks like you might stumble into a little electrical cultural current…if so, forget being victimized (we simply don’t have the time for it anymore) and instead transform it into a power for the greater good. You know we have a choice here, to get up off the mat and keep contributing or not. It's up to each and everyone of us to make our own call.

New Moon: March 22nd- March 30th

Karmic power. It’s a very big month for Taurus and by the end of it I suspect a skin will be shed and you will be hanging, at least part of the time, in a new field. Ready to procreate. The procreation, of course, is more likely to be creative than biological, but I’ll leave that up to you. Anyhow…the New Moon in Aries is in your twelfth making March a month of reflection, health and well being. It’s a terrific time to prepare for you birthday. It lines up with retrograde Mercury and Uranus so I suspect a little more shadow work and clearing your life of cultural detritus (those clashing values) as well as surprises, lots of surprises... Write down all your ideas. They’re brilliant this month, but what am I saying with Taurus they always are and what’s more they’re practical. They work in the market place. Celebrate your gifts by developing them.

New Moon: February 21st – March 1st

Peace and lots of quiet. That's the New Moon theme for you this month, Aries. Time to take stock of your situation in preparation for your next leadership move, which is to say, becoming the best possible you. It's in Pisces in a conjunction with Neptune suggesting spiritual certainty. All good, but watch out for blind faith; it can interfere. This New Moon asks for a divine strategy. Bear in mind, however, that the conventional worldview likes their leadership straight up so they won't necessarily get what you're about. Do try not to upset them.

Get it Done
First Quarter: March 1st- March 8th

Articulate the message. The First Quarter Moon activates your voice, which coincides with Mercury entering Aries in your first house on March 2nd. Thing for you to work out is what that's going to look like. Mercury is all about the vehicle and with Jupiter in your 2nd House the vehicle focus is on resources. There is a super flow action from Pluto over in the career 10th making this week particularly abundant if, that is, you activate that famous 'drive' of yours. How do I make more money out of my creative practice? Of course you will need to apply your practice in market viable ways, but if you do...everything is possible my courage’s friend.

Reinvention. I forgot to mention that Mercury also lines up with the transpersonal Uranus and higher octave (as they say) of the Hermes ruled planet on March 5th. It's in your sign, really close to the Ascendant, so surprises are in store. Keep your eye out, these are powerful, but fleeting transits. It won't change your life. We're not talking a fate thing here, but each one represents a vital step in your all important process. Very cool.

Peak Experience
Full Moon: March 8th – March 15th

Work, rest & play. The Full Moon for you this month centers on daily practice(s) - emotional, physical, self-esteem and faith in life fitness. The basic symbolism associated with the Full Moon is 'crises of consciousness' so you may feel a call to action. Good, go with.

Venus now in Taurus is lining up with the Jupiter, retrograde Mars and Pluto in a brilliant trine over the next week (culiminating on the 14th). It occupies the three earth signs making for a tangible result. Something social, possibly artistic or musical or spiritual with Neptune still fresh in the sign of Pisces and having just made a gentle sextile (opportunity) to Venus in the First Quarter Phase, on the 5th to be precise. What begun at that time? Whatever, it now becomes a chance to demonstrate some of your creative talents and relational skills (Libra is your opposing sign so you do have them) in a self esteem enhancing leadership positive way. We like this.

Mercury does enter its first retrograde transit for the year on March 12. It goes direct again on the April 3rd, but as we know it won’t really be back to normal until it returns to the degree it began its backward motion (late April). Now, it’s in Aries and your first house so it’s asking you to review your ‘look’. How are you coming across? How could you fine-tune it? Also slow down. It will remain around Uranus giving it a tendency to rush into things. There is no hurry. Things often move along more swiftly when our process deepens. Think about it? Still back to the sky God's reinvention, green hair anyone?

It’s a Wrap
Last Quarter: March 15 – March 22

New Vision. If you haven’t been quite sure what to do with yourself then this last quarter phase should point you in the right direction at the very least. Its impossible to get anywhere without meaning and the sense of purpose it evokes – so what’s yours? Explore that which turns you on. Mercury retrograde is set to re-conjunct Uranus giving a lot of creative thought to your vision this week. If you’re a writer this is a hell of a week to put something unique down on paper. Likewise for communication of any kind, they’re plenty of opportunities to articulate a (re)freshed message. You may not make your move this week, but you will be more decided about what its going to be. A solid take on things.

New Moon: March 22nd- March 30th

Follow that look. Whatever you’ve been doing Aries keep doing it for this is your month. The New Moon bump in is the first of making your mark in the world so if you want it it’s yours. That last statement is worth considering: Do you want it? Sometimes we work our tails off for years and just when we’re about to have it all we stall at the launch pad. Can you believe that? Is it a fear of success or a melancholy emotional attachment to pain? (Oh my!) Surely this isn’t you? If it is, I would suggest doing something about it. Sometimes awareness of the potential is enough so begin there. Strengthen the relationship with yourself. We girls and guys seem to think sometimes that our life is really those we love (or hate) whereas its not. Our life is our own. So its kind of important not to live our life as a validation of other peoples negative opinions, which I might add are more often than not laced with some complicated envy thing. (Yuck!) I’ll leave you with that weird thought. Have a terrific month.
